As the Head Of Unit at Mercy Health Australia, I provide clinical leadership and promote a safe and quality focused work environment for the Orthopaedic Department. I have over 25 years of experience as an Orthopaedic Surgeon, specializing in arthroplasty, arthroscopy, and sports injury management of knee, hip, shoulder and ankle . I am also a co-founder and director of an independent medicolegal examination service in Victoria, where I offer expert opinions and reports on orthopaedic cases.
I am passionate about advancing the field of orthopaedic surgery and improving the outcomes and quality of life for my patients. I hold a FRACS in Orthopaedic Surgery from the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, a FAOrthA from the Australian Orthopaedic Association, and a Master of Medicine in Orthopaedics from the National University of Singapore. I am committed to teaching and continuing medical education, and I participate in relevant committees, professional memberships, and networks. I also contribute to research and publications on various topics related to orthopaedics.
